Short and easy receipt Highly effective for congestion and mild high effective for coughing. The instruction #1 is more recommended.
3 cress branches
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/4 cup honey
2 cups of water (for instructions 2-3)
Instruction # 1 Salad Style
Wash the radishes and watercress well, then cut them into small pieces. In a small bowl mix the ginger, cinnamon, and honey. Finally, add the mixture above the radishes and watercress.
Instruction # 2 Juice
Place all the ingredients in the blender, blend, and strain before serving. You can add honey according to taste.
Instruction # 3 Tea
Place the ingredients (except honey) in a pot and boil for a few minutes. Sweeten with honey to your liking. You can place a Halls (candy) to reduce cough and throat swelling more quickly.
